You can leave a specific dollar amount.
You can leave a residual bequest where you can donate a percentage or the remainder of your estate after other needs have been fulfilled.
You can leave a contingent bequest made on the condition of a certain event.

You can make a gift of appreciated securities (publicly traded stocks, bonds and mutual fund shares) to One Tree Planted.
Gifts of real estate may include developed property, undeveloped property, or gifts subject to a prior life interest.
