E-Card Gifting Guide
We’re thrilled you are choosing to give the gift of trees to a lucky recipient! Here is how you can send an e-card through our website:
- Browse our reforestation project pages and click on the one you would like to plant trees for.
- Type the number of trees you would like to plant under NUMBER OF TREES TO BE PLANTED.
- Click on the Gift Trees button.
- Fill out the e-card fields:
- To: Your recipient's name and email address.
- From: You can enter either your name, your company, your family - whoever is sending the e-card!
- Title: A few words to highlight why you are sending the card, such as "Happy Birthday" or "Happy Holidays".
- Greeting: Your personal message to your recipient.
- Delivery Date: Choose the date for the recipient to receive the e-card. Please note that post-dated e-cards will be sent at approximately 00:00 UTC on the date selected.
- Click Plant Trees. You can either add more e-cards to your cart, or proceed to checkout!
Yes, as many as you want!
Complete and add your first e-card to your cart, then head back to any project page to add another to cart.
The e-card itself won't say how many trees were planted unless you choose to include it in the card title or message. It will be delivered with a Tree Certificate attached, however, which will say how many trees were planted and where.
If you would like to receive the ecard and pass it along to your recipient yourself, you can enter your own email address in the "Recipient Email" field. You will be sent the ecard, which you can then pass along to them!
Make sure to still enter their name in the “Recipient Name” field so the ecard will still be made out to them.
