Our projects focus on restoring priority landscapes around the world—places where forests can make the biggest difference for nature and communities.
Click here to learn about our workIt's official: the season of love has arrived! And this year, we're spreading the love all over social media. Want to join us? In celebration of ValenPINE's Day, post a photo to Instagram featuring you and your honey in nature and we'll plant a tree for you! (up to 1,000 trees) No honey? No problem! Take a photo of you with your pup or favorite tree or anything else creative and you might just get featured on the One Tree Planted account. Make up for unsustainable Valentine's Days past and celebrate #ValenPINESDay with us this year!

Planting a trees for Valentine's Day is as easy as snap, upload and post! But don't forget these details so that we can plant your tree:
Need some inspiration? Here's a few examples of what your #ValenpinesDay photo could like like. But be creative! We want to see what love means to you and we want you to be authentically YOU!

By helping us plant 1,000 trees, you will make a lasting impact for the environment, local communities, biodiversity, and the wellbeing of the planet! Trees help clean the water we drink, filter the air we breathe, and provide habitat to over 80% of the world's terrestrial biodiversity. A single mature tree can absorb up to 22 pounds of carbon per year. That's 22.000 pounds of carbon per year once the trees from this campaign mature! And as you know by know, harmful carbon in the atmosphere is a huge driving force of climate change.
We cannot wait to celebrate ValenPINE's Day with you! And if you'd like to ditch the boring unsustainable gifts this year, plant a tree for Valentine's Day! The everlasting gift of a tree will surely make your loved ones PINE for your affection (we tried to hold back on the pun, we really did 😉🌲).
